I agree, all of those are potential reasons for what happened. It's also possible that I really did violate the terms in some way.

At the end of the day, I just want them to communicate with me, and work with me towards a resolution. I enjoyed building my business on Facebook, and I don't think we could have done what we did on any other platform.
